About the BASIC Search

The BASIC Web search is the Seminole County Property Appraiser's (SCPA) "bare bones" functional web site for property record searches, data downloads and informational resources. The site is intended to be used by other governmental agencies, "power users" who are familiar with appraisal data AND as an alternate website for users who do not have Adobe Flash player installed (or prefer not to use it).
