Our office is closed to the public until further notice. Due to increasing concerns for health of the public and our employees, we are following CDC social distancing best practices. As we work together to prepare for potential impacts due to COVID-19, the safety of our employees, community, and customers is of the upmost importance.

We will continue to serve the public via phone at 407.665.7506 and email at during our normal business hours. Our website is available to file for homestead exemption, file your TPP Return, conduct property searches, and access data.

We have granted automatic 45-day extensions to all Tangible Personal Property (TPP) accounts to file their 2020 TPP Tax Return.  The deadline is now Monday, May 18, 2020.  You do not have to submit an extension request to our office.  We will continue to accept returns submitted both online and via mail.
