Paid Vacation Leave
New full-time employees accrue 12 days per year of Vacation Leave. Accrual rates increase with service time.
Paid Sick Leave
New full-time employees accrue 13.50 days per year of Sick Leave.
10 holidays are approved each year by the Seminole County Property Appraiser. This includes an employee floating holiday.
Employees may receive up to one week paid leave for absence due to the death of an immediate family member.

Deferred Compensation Plan (457)
Employees may choose to have pre-tax payroll deductions made for deposit into this savings plan up to an IRS established maximum.
Tuition Assistance Program
Employees completing approved courses of instruction may receive full or partial reimbursement for tuition and required textbooks.

Life and Accidental Death-Dismemberment Insurance for employee equal to one times annual salary.
We have a Preferred Provider Option (PPO) plan with limited out of network benefits. Dependent coverage is also available at employee's expense.
Long-Tern Disability Insurance
A core benefit equal to 60% of employee's salary is provided.
Short-Tern Disability Insurance
A benefit equal to 60% of employee’s salary up to a maximum of $1,500 per week for 26 weeks is provided.
