For your filing convenience, the Seminole County Property Appraiser’s office is pleased to announce that you can now submit your Tangible Personal Property tax return electronically at tpptax@scpafl.org

Beginning January 1, 2004, our Tangible Personal Property e-mailstop will be open for business.  You may send your return information as an excel document attachment.

In order to accomplish uniformity, we are suggesting the following column headings:

•         Lease number

•         Type of lease

•         Lessee’s name

•         Street number

•         Street name

•         City

•         Zip Code

•         Category: FF&E, machinery etc.

•         Description of the property

•         Lease term

•         Acquisition date

•         Total Original Installed Cost

•         Status: active, sold to lessee or returned to lessor

If you wish to file electronically, you must provide a return with an authorized signature for our office to use with your filing. (Just write on the return that the information was electronically filed.) The signed return can be scanned and e-mailed or faxed to 407-665-7552.
